Applied through the co-op job portal at my school. After a few weeks, was contacted by the co-op office to go in to the Toronto Hydro office for an interview. Interviewers were well-prepared, they had went through my resume and were familiar with it. Whole application process was smooth and professional.
Very structured, organized, formal and scripted.
They have preset questions that they will ask you and they have a scoring system for each of those questions.
The questions are behavioural questions like 'what would you do' or 'what did you do'

Give an example of a time when you ensured that safety came first in a workplace.
Personality based questions that will guage how you handle scenarios. Not electrical focused. Will you be a good fit on the team, will you look for work etc. Dress professional act professional.
The interview is held online.
Totally 3 panelists were there.
They asked 6 sets of behavioral questions including the following.
There were questions about leadership
There were questions about handling difficult situations
The panelists are friendly, encouraging, and supportive.
