There was several steps, starting with the recruiter 2 meetings, after that a long technical assesment, an interview to describe the experience and technical proficiency that was harder than expected, also being nervous doesn't help a bit, I didn't get the job, anyways I got more experience.

Very intensive process that requires several steps and takes more than a month to complete. It's worthwhile to pay for testing examples that are available from several companies. Worth the experience.
