laid back and good atmosphere. Had a personal 1on1 interview at the location. After that I had a phone interview with the regional manager. Followed by an offer letter from the regional manager and the manager on scene.

There was no interview process. The extent of the interview was receiving an email asking if I was still interested in working at the store. Nothing was in person and they wonder why they hire such bad employees.
