I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Towne Park (Hotel) in May 2025
Interview
Easy, asked if I can drive manual and if I had any experience. Had to go to one of their hotels and was allowed to valet my car for the full experience.

Question 1
Do I know how to drive manual and if I'm comfortable driving/parking in tight spaces.
At first, the communication with the recruiting team was prompt and encouraging. I began with a recruiter screen, then met with the Director, and then interviewed with the employee I would be replacing. Just a few hours after that final conversation, however, I received an automated rejection email through Workday. When I reached out for clarification/feedback, I was told the email was likely sent in error due to some internal recruiting changes and that I would receive feedback once it was available. No problem for me, as mistakes happen.
Unfortunately, a week went by with no update. I followed up with the recruiter—no response. I reached out again to another recruiter who was involved—again, no response. On my third and final attempt, I finally received a reply within 15 minutes, but it was simply the same generic rejection template I had originally been told was sent in error.
I was genuinely excited about this role and company, which made the lack of communication and clarity all the more disappointing. To make it that far in the process and then struggle to receive even a basic response is disheartening. Strong, consistent communication is a vital part of the candidate experience, and unfortunately, this process fell short.
