      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Norfolk, VA) in Nov 2011

      Interview

Filled an application out on Sunday around 12pm they called me about 3 hours later asking me my availability and general questions over the phone. She scheduled me for an interview for the next day (monday) I went in for the interview, there were about 22 people there.... We had 3 different activities. For the first one we had to think of a cartoon character and explain the qualities that the both of you share w/o telling everyone who the character was. i chose TJ from Recess, i picked him because he was a leader. he always came up w/ a plan, he was dependable etc... For the 2nd activity we had to be an agent to whoever we were partnered up w/. we had to basically tell why that person should work there. And for the 3rd activity we had to sell a random item that was given to us. I had a monopoly cash game for ages 3-5. All in all it was a pretty fun interview. Management was super cool, and i think its a place i would definitely love to work at.
