During my interview, I had a memorable experience with a former VP who was not only positive but also genuinely enthusiastic about her role. Her passion and perspective left a strong impression on me.

What was a social media campaign that you feel was successful and why
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tractenberg & Co.
Interview
Do not interview here. Read the Reviews Please! I did three rounds and a take home test that was around two days of work. Got sent to the upper management day of the second interview - emailed him that day - didn't hear anything back - sent a follow up the next week. At this point I had been interviewing for two months. At the interview I get told that I will actually be doing TWO jobs instead as an assistant and graphic designer - this is after two interviews and a take home test and then a two week waiting period. No pay increase so the same 45k. Got Ghosted - when I was obviously not sold on the idea. Understaffed and going broke.
I applied on LinkedIn and then received an email within a week to schedule a zoom call. It was a very quick zoom call, which the recruiter was late to. They only asked a few questions about me, nothing that wasn't already on my resume, and then they asked one situational question to which I gave an answer. That was it. I never received any follow up despite sending a follow up email.
