Tradewind Aviation interview questions

Interview is split into three parts HR, Technical, Sim Interview. HR was very straight forward about an hour long they will ask you some basic questions about yourself and flying history and go through a slide show about the company. The second stage is basically an IFR oral exam and lasts about an hour and a half you must study for it and review questions are set up to get you. A lot of scenario based approach questions as well know 135 minimums. Sim interview was a joke because the sim isn’t even a real sim it’s just a bunch of pieces put together. Very inaccurate and can possibly fail on you as It did with me. Hope to get a good interviewer in person because the one I received was socially awkward and wouldn’t even look at me when speaking and seemed nervous the whole time which didn’t help the whole process. You will be asked to fly 2 approaches one precision and one non precision don’t focus to much on altitude but also don’t lose it completely (easier said then done with this joke of a simulator) they’re just trying to see you know the procedure
