Trafilea UX-UI Lead Designer interview questions

Painful, unfair, expensive, unethical. They make you go through an interview, 2 psychological tests and a design challenge that is basically create a whole design strategy for their website. I asked for feedback since they don't pay it and nobody answered. A real waste of time that I could have used for making money . Lack of trasnparency and empathy. I am glad I won't be working for this company.
