I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trailer Park (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Chaotic. Disorganized. Deceitful. I applied for the [Creative] Resource Manager role at what I thought was Trailer Park Group - only finding out it was actually for its budding game shop, Mutiny, after the second call due to emails coming from Trailer Park Group alias. The first recruiter I worked with seemed to be familiar with the chaos of this agency, so represented herself well and was able to conceal the level of dysfunction pretty well. However, she went on vacation soon into the process with her assistant taking lead on this recruitment process. Absolute disaster. Constant rescheduling - same-day, change in personnel to interview with, broken video links, scheduling interviews where the hiring team didn't know it would be me on the call at that scheduled time. Beyond that, the Mutiny team made it clear that this net new role would be surrounded by total chaos and there would be minimal to no support for the individual in this role. I commend anyone that can thrive in this type of environment because it was clear that maybe only one person in this entire process knew that the ceiling was up.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trailer Park (Hollywood, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
A few weeks after applying online, I received an email to set up a brief phone interview, reviewing my background/experience from my resume, followed by an invitation to an in-person interview with the Music Director.
Bad experience. Got pinged about a urgent role. Seemed urgent and then recruiter never replied . Got ghosted. Please be more professional. If the role has been filled please at least tell your candidate.
