Typical interview where they asked me about my experience. There was an emphasis on Agile. The interview started off well but 20 mins in, I could see my interviewer struggled to keep his eyes open. A couple of bobble heads later and repeating the same question that was just asked, it was safe to assume he fell asleep. I knew little about this company (they found me) so I wanted to know more about what to expect working there and that's when the interview went from bad to worst. I asked the person how he would describe the culture. "Multicultural" was the response. I was baffled. I then asked what he liked most about working at Tramore and he says he loves project management. I said yes but what makes Tramore special? He says it's their unique process, no details, nothing. I believe an interview goes both ways, employer wants to make sure the candidate is qualified for the job but also employer needs to convince the candidate that the company is a good place to make a career. Falling asleep at the interview and not offering any information is disrespectful. I haven't heard back from Tramore but not only would I not want to work there, if presented the opportunity, I wouldn't do business with them.
