I talked to one of the recruiters in a career fair which was hold at University of Minnesota. I got the offer for an on campus interview after that through an email. It consists of a 1:1 interview. Interviewers were very formal and unfriendly comparing to other places that I had interview with. After that there was a group interview. There was a case and each person in the group had a roll. Mine was a production planner. They gave us some time to think about the case and there was a discussion in the group after that.
