Interview
At first I had to interview with two individuals from the company here on campus. After that you have a group interview. Where they put you in a room with 3 or 4 other people that you have never meet before and give you a task. They are mainly looking for people who work well in a team setting. After that I went to Indy and they put me up for a night in a hotel. The first day there was just an info. session and you got to meet everyone as well. The second day you had two one hour interviews with different individuals and then went on to present your case study which they give you the night to work on. A week later I got an e-mail that said other candidates were more qualified but it was still a good experience.

I received a phone screen within a week after applying for a job. I had a panel interview 5 weeks later. Process is taking quite a bit longer than expected.

2-panel interview using a STAR technique (Situation/Task, Action, Result)
Each panel asked two STAR questions. After this, there was plenty of time for questions. The interview was very relaxed and comfortable compared to other interviews. Other questions were asked such as why sales and why an interest in Trane Technologies.
