Interview
1. have an English test (about your vocabulary and grammer level)-mutiple choice questions
2. have a test about company culture (mutiple choice questions)
3. After finish the test, they will correct the exams right away, and have an individual interview for each person.

They will ask about your former job (including slalries, why you leave there, what you do in there) and why you want to apply for this company...
And ask about how you will handle an emergency situtation
