I applied online. I interviewed at TransUnion in Feb 2016
Interview
Spoke with HR via phone. My background seemed to be a good fit. A few days later, same HR person contacts me and asked how my interview went with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I was never setup with an interview with the hiring manager. When I told me this, he got quiet and realized he made a mistake in identity. Process ended at this point. Not a good experience.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TransUnion (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
Well where do I begin. You walk into a room smaller than a closet for the interview, where the managers are 2 feet in front of your face - interrogation style. This is phone sales, guys! Phone sales is a completely different setting than face-to-face, which is why I'm in phone sales in the first place. And I am great at it. Perhaps do a detailed over-the-phone interview? I don't know, but the style is not parallel to phone sales. Very condescending environment for first impressions. Power Trip City. It's too bad because I was excited to start a new career there. I just don't understand the need to make someone uncomfortable like that. Not welcoming at all.
