On-site interview directly, 3 hours, two rounds of interviews with 3 different guys, the first one is basically introducing the company and the functionalities of different job sections, the second person reviewed the resume, asking about some behavioral questions and the last one asked something how to response to customers , and following with a one-hour test including verbal, numerical and behavioral questions
