Interview was with Senior Manager who is no longer with the company. He took my skill set into consideration along with my experience. An out side of the box perspective in this manager is what got me the job. He took a chmave on me based on instinct and I made him proud for over 6 years.

You'll interview with at least 3 different people - HR, the department you're working with and maybe the President of the Region. Be professional, but let your personality show. They don't like "duds."
