Both online and in person interviews. Online was an assessment with no true right or wrong answers but supposedly provided the company to gauge a candidate's fit to the organization.

Interview
It was a fairly typical and genial interview. Process started with phone interview followed by a personal interview. Interviewer asked specific questions about prior job performance with relevant job requirements including budgeting, project management etc.. They explained specific challenges and skills needed for the position.

My interview was a bit unconventional. The team that I was assigned to work with interviewed me in a group. It was a bit overwhelming at first however, after the first round of questions I felt more comfortable and confident .
