The selection process consisted of four rounds after the initial screening of resumes. All rounds were interview-based. The first two rounds were telephonic, the initial one conducted by the hiring manager. The third was a face to face round. The final round was also conducted on the phone. The last round was conducted by the Sales Head. Overall, the whole process took more than a month. Also, some changes were made to the original JD and employee benefits while giving the offer letter.

There are 3 round of interview 1.) Shortlisted through your resume. 2.) Group discussion. 3.) technical round . 4.) through many panel member interview level is medium but last interview level is very difficult because they ask about many numeric terms .
