Treecard interview questions

Tough questions but welcoming environment and team. They're looking for ownership and reasoning. 15 min call 1 hour technical interview Written task Interviews with CoFounders & Team Process moved very quickly and communication was awesome!

The interview process can be extensive. It can consist of 3-4 hour-long interviews along with an At-Home task. You will have a technical screening (can you do the job) followed by an At Home task. Then the next interview was more of a long-form open-ended questions interview. Then I had a Meet the team interview about work style and ended with a final interview with the founders. The great thing about Treecard is they get back to you very quickly and do not leave you hanging. They will let you know Yay or Nay within the week -- WHICH IS AMAZING IN THE CURRENT JOB MARKET!
