I applied on their website and got an email from a recruiter 3 months later by then I forgot I even applied. I ended up talking to the recruiter she seemed nice and told me she would be there every step of the way. After that she set up my interview with the hiring manager and I thought I did well. After 2 weeks I decided to reach out but she ghosted me with no updates whatsoever. It’s horrible because any feedback helps.

I applied through online, initially the recruiter calls you and ask the basic details about how much are you excepting and if they finds you suitable they will set you up with the Manager round.
In the manager round, basic questions are asked from your resume and they will let you know about the company details,
If everything goes well, next round will be with team comprising QA and DEVs
