Very poor. The job was completely different to how they advertised it. I am an experianced key accounts manager and was looking to move into the same position. However it came to light they actually wanted a business development manager to ''kick open doors''. The interview itself was very conducted very poorly. There was a member of the technical team (who asked reasonable questions) and a member of the sales team who asked questions which must have been googled 10 years ago. If the job was as described i would not have proceeded regardless, I get the impression the management is like a bull in a china shop with enormous egos. Not the best way to conduct an interview to say the least. If you are thinking about a job in the sales save yourself the time and get a job selling printer ink, at least that job description will be black and white.
