Interview
I did a couple quick phone calls with the recruiter to make sure I was a good fit for the position and culture. We did a one-on-one interview with the bosses then a technical interview and in that 2nd interview I was offered the position.

They asked me what technologies I wanted to work with on a day-to-day basis to get a feel for what team(s) they could put me that I'd be most happy on.
