My second round of interview was scheduled with the CHRO, and with the kind of questions that were posed at me I can say that the interviewer had not read my resume prior to the interview. I felt that the interviewer was just not interested in the the interview and was just doing it for the sake of it. The interview was more like an interrogation as there were repeated interruptions. The interview lasted only 15 minutes, It was a total waste of time.
