The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had a nice conversation. Considering it is a relatively new firm, the talent operation was surprisingly smooth and well organized. The first round interview was interesting, basically a backwards interview where he started by giving me the floor to ask questions, and proceeding to share a lot about the goals, strategy, vision, etc. at some point he sort of flipped an answer into a difficult question. Good experience interviewing even though it didn’t advance past that stage. Nice email exchange afterwards as well.
