The process was fairly quick. Standard, basic questions concerning why I wanted a job with the company as well as asking for proof of education/work experience. Copies of these documents were requested, and a brief description of the type of hours I'd be working was given.

I was asked Why Manholes Are Round. This was the single most unusual question I've ever been asked. I believe it was also asked what superpower id choose and why. Good times.
