Triangle Properties interview questions

I applied on Craigslist, I emailed back and forth with the owner for a couple of weeks and scheduled an interview after submitting some sample work. After a couple of days of emails, it was very clear that the owner of the company didn't actually know what he was looking for. At one point during the interview, he told me that if I proved myself I could become the chief marketing officer.
