The interviewer was a recent grad with 11 months experience hiring a role requiring multiple years experience with a background in trading. Clearly the interviewer was not familiar with particulars of the job and was abrasive/aggressive when asked questions about this job. The interviewer did not ask me any questions about my documented trading/logistics background, or any questions really. It does not strike me as a well oiled HR department at Tricon.

Interview
I had one call with HR. My CV was very in line with the role so I went into the next interview.
The next interview was with the Rotterdam office director, he did not asked me anything about my CV, he was getting to know me and see if I fit in their office. He made very strange and weird question and talked me about how great her daugther was (as if it this is common in interviews), somehow this was a red flag.
Then I had a third interview with another operation manager, online as he is not in Rotterdam office. He asked me questions related to the role, and also checked my personality. I always felt I was going to be hired as I had related experience.

Tell me about yourself and your motivation.
Agree with everything, the weird manager in Rotterdam said as he only talked about himself.
In the third interview, they asked me again about my motivation and experience.
