Tricon Energy Risk Analyst interview questions

The external recruiter was very eager to get me in front of Tricon, as in it couldn't wait one day and only had less than a 24 hour window to interview. Met with an operations manager and the interview went well. Tricon's HR sent me their personality test the next business day and I took it the following day. Two months later, I nor the external recruiter got any feedback of any kind. I have a friend who was a recruiter working with Tricon before the company I was working with was, who told me Tricon would interview for the sake of interviewing and would consistently never come to any decision (yes or no) on anyone.
