Professional, very technical. Included a personality test. First interview with HR, then Engineer, then Eng. Manager and finally a group interview with QA, Production and R&D. Asked about lean mfg, 5S , etc

I was interviewed by Plant manager and production leader. Asked about past employment experience and my career goals. Asked if I had experience working with foam, CNC machines, punch press, band saw, horizontal slitter and contour cutters.
