First-round was speaking with the school director. It was straight-forward and nice. Second-round was speaking with the parent volunteer who supported the school IT system and did the school website. All the questions were about the techniques issues, and they didn't provide the training period based on my understanding. Some of their requirements for this role were not on the same page, confusing the candidates (like me). For example, this role's title is about design and IT maintenance, but the parent volunteer told me that they wanted the person only to support the IT system because all the digital design works are done. To sum up, if you are a designer, don't waste your time applying for this job, it is not an in-house-designer position, or I can say nothing would regard the design and creativity. IT support or familiar with computer science, please go ahead.
