      I interviewed at Tripjack

      Interview

After the first round, I didn’t hear back for over a month — zero communication or updates. Onsite round started off well, but then turned into a barrage of impractical, theoretical questions about distributed systems that had little relevance to the role or real-world scenarios. The interviewer had a condescending tone and seemed more interested in putting candidates down than evaluating skills. The biggest red flag was when the interviewer casually mentioned, "we don’t really have work-life balance here." That says everything you need to know about the culture. Don’t waste your time. There are better companies out there that value your time, communicate professionally, and conduct meaningful interviews.
