      Hiring Process very easy but there is a lot to learn - Dispacth Roadside Assistance Summary: Perform dispatch demergency road service calls, for commercial vhicles Trucks, Trailers, RV, Bus and Heavy Equipment Machinery breakdown includes mobile onsite truck repair, towing, accident recovery, commercial tires coordinate shop work and follow up and abandoned vehicle recovery using assigned skills correctly as trained. Present to the customer a professional self image and Company image through excellent service, safe operation, and timeliness. Maintain truck and equipment in compliance with Company guidelines. Perform necessary documentation timely and correctly according to procedures in effect. Smile and enjoy your job! You are a "Hero of the Highway"! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Potential candidates must be motivated and ambitious--what you earn is based on the amount of effort you put in! Heavy Duty Truck Service knowledge required. Our Sales Consultants will rely heavily on telemarketing/cold-calling and emailing in the early stages of the job until your customer base is built up. Interpersonal and customer service skills are required. Previous knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are also necessary. This is a full-time position.
