Tristate Capital Bank interview questions

I applied for the position and was selected a week later to interview. They told me I was going to interview in rounds with different people. I interviewed with an associate in the department first. I asked the HR rep if I could then interview with the hiring manager. He never responded to my email. I logged into the candidate portal and saw my status was moved to not selected. (I have 7 years direct experience for the position I was applying for). I'm thinking they did me a favor. Their employees have no work life balance.
