Interview
I met with the vice president of the programming department and the director of the programming department. The VP asked me your typical fluff interview questions. The director performed the technical portion of the interview. It was a pretty standard interview for software developers in Mobile, Alabama.
It was really nice and easiest interview process. Frist phone interview than another phone interview with one of the technical person. After one week of second round, I got an in-person interview.

Interview
Short phone interview then given a programming exercise to complete within a week. I much prefer this to the on the spot technical Q and A that serve no purpose but to make the interviewer trip up the interviewer.
