Applied for job online, did not receive a response so had to call in to schedule a interview. Asked resume questions over the phone before scheduling a interview. Interview wasn't super long. Gave a scenario to show what would be done. Interview process runs smoothly. Both in person and virtual interviews are offered.

Interview
First interview is a phone screen interview to feel out who you are as a person and if you align with the company.
Second interview is the video call interview where the manager will be listening in while you are being interviewed by another employer. This interview is more in depth with questioning.

Two Rounds of interview with regular behavioral questions , and then offer in 1 week through email , being your self is more important and being honest too is critical for the interview like any other company.
