I was being spammed by them for requests on Indeed for interviews. Interviewer was respectful and transparent about the hours (10-12 hours a day, at least Mon-Thurs, but including Friday a lot). I didn’t like the hours so I turned it down - TruGreen also has many negative reviews about work-life balance and treatment of workers overall so I am glad I declined.
