Interview
I was contacted by an recruiter and had a phone screen with them. About two weeks later, I was invited for an interview and a week after that I was sent a take home assignment which took about four hours and was returned in two days. After hearing nothing for four weeks, I reached out to the recruiter who apologized.
I hadn't heard of the company before the recruiter contact but they let me know that the company is explicitly Christian and involves prayer in their decision making. It was not an issue for me, but it was brought up in future conversations.
Most of the questions were personal/behavioral instead of technical and the interviewers were incredibly friendly and professional.

Interview
They reached out and the initial phone screen was scheduled quickly. During multiple rounds, the company went quiet multiple times. There did not seem to be an ordered process and it was clear there were expectations that were never communicated when a request was made. It is difficult to provide useful information when the request and expectation are not communicated beforehand. In the last call, they asked about compensation. The company seemed shocked when I gave the same range from the initial conversation.

Interview
1 hour virtual interview with head of recruiting. All went decently, but there was a red flag at the end of the call. They asked my current compensation (which isn’t relevant) but would not tell me the salary range for the position. Went on and on about equity though. This company’s product hasn’t gone to market yet. Got a weird feeling from this interview, and never heard back.
