      Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist Interview

      20 Mar 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      South Pasadena, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Truemetrics (South Pasadena, CA) in Mar 2018

      Interview

The actual process was a complete waste of time. The main guy, Joel, does not seem to know what skills are actually needed for his position. He had his other two workers call me a week apart each-- they do not know how to interview. For a more technical position, I advice you screen applicants based on the technical skills you need first. Don't waste our time. Stop being lazy and cancelling last minute, to schedule a call on a Saturday (none business hours) and then leave early to pick up your kid. The last thing Joel said to me: "Appreciate you time. Thx. We need some time to review." Hyper unprofessional. Simply put, don't bother if you value your own skills and time.
