I found the interview process to be efficient and thorough. The interview began on time and and lasted about 30 minutes. My interviewer was very welcoming and easy to talk to.

Question 1
Give an example of going above and beyond for a customer.
Online app followed by video submission. In the video portion you may also have to do aptitude and customer service tests. You can record the video as many times as you need which is helpful.
The first interview was you recording yourself answering questions via a video. You got questions you needed to answer and was able to record yourself answering it. The second interview was face to face with the branch manager.

Fast simple basic questions very responsive and easy not hard video interview then interviewed with the manager after video interview was recording yourself with questions which was basic interview questions
