There was one online self paced interview with about 5 questions where you can do as many retrys before submitting and then if you make it through that round you are invited to an in person interview with branch leader. Multiple questions.
Online app followed by video submission. In the video portion you may also have to do aptitude and customer service tests. You can record the video as many times as you need which is helpful.
The first interview was you recording yourself answering questions via a video. You got questions you needed to answer and was able to record yourself answering it. The second interview was face to face with the branch manager.
