Truth interview questions

Overall the experience was positive - nice atmosphere, friendly, lively conversation. The questions were mostly about the previous experience (e.g. work with different industries, in challenges in the previous work, preferences in work process, solving problems) and personality questions, it was quite clear they are looking for a good personality fit as well as professional skills. I was also told that the hiring decision can take a long time to make.
