TubeScience Creative Director, Post Production interview questions

I’ve interviewed for multiple positions here over the years, and the experience has been consistently frustrating. The recruiter is always late to screening calls (and that’s when they aren’t rescheduling them). After being rejected for the most recent role (which I’m well qualified for), the posting is still up on their careers page. This time, I even applied again and got another interview. They didn’t realize I was reinterviewing for the same position until I pointed it out, then they shut it down and rejected me. The job posting is still up, by the way. The rejection itself also didn’t make sense. I was given a very specific critique on my practical exam, but when I reviewed it myself, that feedback didn’t actually apply to my submission. I can’t tell if these folks are incompetent, full of crap, or both.
