Overall average interview. Interview questions consist of knowing your personality, selling skills and leadership skill. Tip: do some research on the brand. Dress the part. Have customer service experience ready to share.
Three step interview, one with store manager, area manager, and then regional manager. Mostly behavioral and technical questions in regards to retail experience. There's also a quick background check done before hiring.

Meet at the store. Walker out to the mall area to find a place to conduct the interview. Brief explanation of the job description and then asked and answered interview questions and asked to give examples.
