This interview was a 3 step process- First there was a Screening call-There was then a Group interview wherein you were split into teams to evaluate cvs-There was then a Panel interview with three members of the management team
Group based problem solving activity first where we were divided into groups of maybe 5 and had to read an article and answer questions after under a time constraint. Thenthen role play and then competency based questions interview.

Tell me a time when you demonstrated good team player
Easy process phone and face to face, face to face is basics competency questions and role play. Role play involved customer suffering with confidence issues that didn’t want to partake in the programme. You need to come across as firm but also understanding of the persons needs. Reminding them that this is part of three agreeement with social welfare but also that you have the facilities to help them
