Interview
First we need to write the test and later on video call interview.
They will ask insane questions like how many stars are there in the sky, how many trees are there in your city, how many leave are there for a tree.
OMG, and if you fail to answer or fail to answer the expected answer they reject by saying you don't have analytical skills. Seriously!!!

The first round was analytical online assessment post which there was video interview with a recruiter and then an interview with a lead recruiter
First two rounds were good but I am not sure how a 3 years experienced recruiter takes interview for a 8 years experienced person

Analytical and situational questions regarding recruitment
It was a good interview process. Even I didn't get selected but I will say we just need to prepare mentally for this interview since there will be an aptitude test and then video rounds of interviews. It was a good experience and I learnt from this interview.
