I was wondering why a company would ask for an NDA before initiating any interview process, but went ahead anyway. Radio silence after that. No communication for over 10 days. And then when I called back to check, the HR said the role has been filled and closed. Very disappointed.

Question 1
1. Tell me something about yourself
2. How do you manage a team
3. What you do when an employee is not performing up to the mark
4. 5L and 3L water bucket problem
Interview was around 1 hour. The person taking the interview didn't switch on the camera but they ask the candidate to switch on the camera which makes one too uncomfortable. F2F virtual interviews should require both interviewer and interviewee to switch on camera. The interviewer was more focused on asking questions by the list and not asking questions from the answers I gave. At times I had to repeat the answer as the guy asked same question after an interval.
