Completed a questionnaire online. A quick interview without much depth. The longest process was the background check and communication throughout that. Or lack of communication. If you have a bachelor's degree and experience with any age of children, you can answer the questions fairly easily.

The interview was quick and easy. It was over the phone, and the interviewer was very nice. She did not seem to ask questions that put people on the spot; she was very straightforward.
