The screening was straightforward, primarily focused on my background and whether I had direct energy credit experience. No technical or analytics-related questions were asked at this stage.
Ultimately, I was not selected to move forward, and no feedback was provided after the interview. Based on my experience, it seems that having prior experience in energy credit or commodity risk is a strong preference. Applicants from other credit backgrounds may face challenges unless they can clearly demonstrate transferable skills.
