The application process is simple and straightforward, with submitting your interest and engaging in a final interview. All they want is to be yourself and answer honestly. They also expect to you ask questions about the firm, so do your research earlier.

Very relaxed interview process, to try and get to know you and how you may fit in within the company. Mostly felt like a conversation rather than an interview. Some competency and personality based questions, but overall a good experience.
