Had two phone interviews and three skype interviews. Thought everything was great then got rejection email. Asked for feedback several times and one team completely ignored the request. Other team I interviewed for said their policy is to not provide feedback.

You'll experience a Round Robin style interview with 3-4 members of the leadership team. You will be asked various questions to determine if you are a good fit for the role.

Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.

There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.
